⁴⁰ But Jesus answered and said, “I tell you, if these were silent, ^(A)the stones will cry out!”

Lament over Jerusalem

⁴¹ And as He approached Jerusalem and saw the city, He ^(B)cried over it, ⁴² saying, “If you knew in this day, even you, the things which make for peace! But now they have been hidden from your eyes.
